Before RAHI arrived, Grace delivered her third child at home without any skilled help. She had never attended an antenatal clinic. When RAHI community health workers began visiting her village, she learned about safe pregnancy, warning signs, and where to go for help. Her fourth child was born safely at the nearest health centre. Grace now encourages every pregnant woman in her village to attend antenatal care early.
