We are looking for people who are serious about making a difference, who are willing to listen before they act, and who understand that the communities we serve are the experts on their own lives.
Volunteering with RAHI is not about arriving with answers. It is about showing up with skills, humility, and a willingness to be useful in ways that the community actually needs. We work on remote islands where access is limited and every resource matters. The volunteers who thrive with us are the ones who understand that meaningful contribution takes time, requires listening, and looks very different from what you might expect.
